Biotech Security Group’s integrated system logistics are coordinated by an assigned project manager. Project managers provide direct supervision to security technicians assigned to the contract and facilitate as a liaison between the client and Biotech Security’s senior management team. Project status meetings and reports are generated to communicate completion of work throughout the life of the project. On site training is coordinated by the Project Manager to familiarize the client with newly installed system technology.

Aside from designing and installing new security systems for our clients, sometimes the client is in search for an added feature for an existing system. An initial site survey may reveal evidence of an outdated burglar alarm, improperly working access control or video surveillance system. This analysis may lead to a redesigned integration project. We will provide a comprehensive solution incorporating existing viable hardware and software with the necessary resources to generate a fully integrated complete security solution. Redefining and configuring an optimal solution to support each client’s needs and budget are a constant goal of our company.
